Browse Forums DIY, Home Maintenance & Repair 1 Feb 18, 2018 12:24 pm Hi guys We have a 2 year old house and our shower screen just spontaneously combusted the other day. No one was in the room at the time thank god. Does anyone know if this is covered in the 7 year building warranty. Apparently the screen is only covered with the glass company for 12 months. This is totally out of our control and its super frustrating. A glacier has told us it looks like it is a manufacturing issue because toughened glass should not do that. Anyone have any advise on how to proceed.
