Help! Hanging a swing chair from balcony

Hi everyone,

I’m looking for some advice on hanging a metal macramé style swing chair from my balcony ceiling. I live on the third floor of a three-story apartment building in Arizona, and the balcony has stucco siding support beams not sure what the actual ceiling is made out of though. I’m trying to figure out the best place to hang my swing chair to ensure it can safely hold up to 200lbs. Any tips on finding a secure spot or recommended hardware would be greatly appreciated.
