I understand that rent is paid when there is no tenant and have to pay more fee every month. From a rental income perspective, DHA can be a really good investment as you get regular income and I believe they do maintenance and everything for you. So hassle free BUT, as with any real estate investment it comes down to the location and product type ( apartment, townhouse or free standing home) and whether or not you are getting good value and there is a potential for capital growth in that location.
