Under Tile Roof Insulation Without removing Tiles

Hi have a house which is around 18 yrs old without any sarking. I would like to attach some insulation directly between the roof rafters if possible. Is it and if so what material/product can be used.
Try foillboard, its rigid easy to cut and fit and should not sag, you can buy 10 15 and 20mm and is polystyrene core with double sided aluminium foil
