Seems to be one of the cheapest home loans around. But every time I ring them up to ask general questions I always get someone that I can't understand their accent or they don't really know the answers to some of my questions, which doesn't fulfil me with confidence. I know once I go ahead with the loan that I'll have one person that I'll continue to deal with but if you can't understand them its not ideal.
Anyone got any experience of Virgin? Are they good?
Has anyone dealt with Virgin Home Loans for their loan?

I probably wouldn't go with them - but that's my opinion. I'd prefer a big bank in these uncertain times. Her rate is only 0.2% less than ours anyway and we're with a bank.
Ray.
I think their funds are underwritten by the NAB or Westpac, can't remember which, so no more risk than going directly with a big bank.

Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes.
