Has anyone used Circle Credit Union for their Construction Loan? I have been referred to them by LoanMarket via Simonds and never heard of them and wondering if anyone has had any dealings with them? Good or Bad?
I hadn't heard of the them either before I was referred by Simonds/Loan Market either. Although I did some research and they were associated with another company I knew so I felt comfortable about that.
So far, we are still waiting to officially apply as our land is ready to settle yet.

They are mortgage mangers for a variety of credit unions, meaning they don't lend their "own" funds...they are just the middle man- which is fine...
There Construction Loan product is average. Nothing special...nothing bad.
The only criticism, their LMI premium is 10% more then another lenders...meaning a standard 90% LVR loan with these guys can cost an extra $900- $3,2000.
