I know this may seem like a stupid question but how much does it cost to see a mortgage broker?
Does it cost us? Or do they get paid by the banks.

It doesnt cost anything. They get commision from the banks. =)

They get a percentage from the bank, .something, but its generally a decent amount (thousand to a few thousand) for their troubles.

I used MJH, and same thing, buy now pay later. So far its been excellent. We have only paid the first payment, was around $25,000 total or so. We are now 3 or so months…
