Has anyone recently applied/submitted for an bank loan approval for land+construction loan?

How's bank valuation coming these days ?

more conservative than before.

materials are expensive, house prices have fallen. outlook poor to uncertain.

High LVR loans are difficult to come by and very strict in terms of valuations. You're left n a position of either footing the shortfall yourself, reducing expectations on what you can build or having a larger deposit to offset the conservative assesments.
