I dont think your broker has applied yet because as soon he submits application your credit check will be done and if you have subscribed for credit agencies like veda you should get an alert
if any activity has happened
if not he must have done a paper based application

No he said he submitted online.
Yes we get the alerts from Veda and nothing has come through.
Bank of Melbourne is St George, if they have the same processing team they're slowish at the moment too - and it will be in the queue to be picked up & checks done. You're right, ANZ will only lend over 90% if you have a current credit facility with them (and good history).

I know it's hard to wait. Most banks are slow right now with the property boom and all the changes rolling through - they're learning how to apply it all.

Absolutely it is. Timing isn't helping - every day a new batch of rules the assessors have to learn and apply, I blame APRA

you applied for both land and construction or just land only
