How do you get position correct? The bench is 3m, so 750mm and 2.25mm?
At 3m long i would be using 3 pendants if you can
Depends. If evenly spaced, then one at 1m and the second at 2m, that leaves 1m at each end and 1m in between. However, that may not suit your aesthetic, so you could play with that a bit.
If it was up to me i would use 3 pendants as 2 spotlights might not be wide enough to cover the whole length.
Equally spaced would mean 750mm, 1500mm, and 2250mm. It also depends on your aesthetic - you might want them to be all closer to the middle than spread out?
