Hi,
We own 3 lots of residential land on Melbourne Road in Riverstone pricinct B (B5). Our lots are quite close to Grantham Estate (I think near Schoffel St). I understand the owners of the small package of the land are unable to subdivide their land without collaberating with adjacent lot owners. If there are land owners out there on this forum who own the land in the Pricint B (B5) and would like to get together to subdivide their land, then please respond.
