Knock down rebuild builders

Hi looking for some recommendations for reputable builders to do a knock down rebuild Hamptons style house around Beecroft/epping area thanks!

I can recommend Tullipan Homes. We are in our final stages now. Practical completion will be in the next week or two. They do custom builds and have a few in the Hampton style.

Check out Charleston Homes. We are very close to choosing them for our build.

We've been through two of their completed projects, beautiful homes.

What price range per sqm are you looking at?
Will depend on level of quality etc.
Good custom home builders with moderate level of inclusions start at $2000/sqm and obviously increases from there.

Wow that's 18k per square. In Vic. At this price is quite decent inclusion for many decent custom buidlers

Good to know. I am currently building with a small custom builder here in Canberra around $2000/m2 but with very high-quality inclusions. I always thought Canberra prices are a rip-off but looking at the Sydney price gives a bit of comfort

Thanks gogo65 not sure what the going rate for a custom build is? We're going for good to high end quality because this will be our main residence. Are there any custom builders you would recommend?we are probably not going to go down project home path and looking more towards customized builder. Thanks

I’m building near you in the Hills. gogo65 is right, custom build in Sydney starts at $2k, and unless you are very disciplined it certainly doesn’t end there !

We originally looked at Cunningham custom homes, they tend to specialise in acreage homes, however I think they’ll build a beautiful if somewhat traditional home. They were around $2k/sqm. We are/will be building in Glenorie on acreage. We have however, decided to build something quiet contemporary so have decided to look elsewhere (haven’t chosen yet), in saying that we were very impressed with Tony Cunningham.
Ive also been impressed with Bardane homes (again small custom builder), they have a display at Home quest Kellyville, its probably worthwhile checking out homequest, there are a few smaller custom builders there.
Hillsbuild is building an awesome home in the Hills area.
In regards to budget, between $2-$3k/sqm would be the ballpark
