Tender and cancellation charges?

Just curious about this, not planning to cancel but I noticed on the tender papers it says that other cost will be added if you don't accept the tender, that money you paid $2500 isn't the end of it, is this normal and what charges could they claim?

Hi, you've probably already resolved this, however, Commbank will probably pay the funds to you after you send evidence the work is done regardless the change in the quotes.
