How far can I build from zero lot boundary

I'm working on a design for a new home in Moreton Bay council area. The block is 15 metres wide and has a zero lot boundary.

I don't wish to build on the zero lot boundary. But I would like to build closer to the boundary than the nominal side setbacks for the rest of the block.

Local covenant doesn't mention side setbacks and defers to Moreton Bay Council. Moreton Bay defers to QDC, which says side setback is 1.425 metres OMP.

I would like to put my wall at 1.2 metres from the zero lot boundary. Can I do it? Or does it have to be at 0 or 1.425 with no option in between?

Thanks
