There is protective tape, this is not what I’m worried about it’s the bit I have circled In red
I feel like the clothes will get caught on the edges and it’s been installed upside down but I have never seen the inside of one so not sure if this is correct!!

Yes that’s what I thought too! They are saying that’s how it’s suppose to be installed . Just wanted to have another opinion before fighting this
