the simplicity of the roller blinds, will see what happen with builders
responce.
Cheers for photos,it all looks lovely & green
can be replaced with a flat metal bar,if yes l will leave as is,if not
l said remove and get the ones that l had told Draftsman l wanted
(l sound like a spoilt person)Roof to start on monday. This is Christmas
on our slab
man in background is neighbour
We have already had the tiler back to our place to replace 5 tiles in the main floor and two in the ensuite and now there is one more tile that needs to be replaced as he cut it too short so the silicone looks cr@p. We could give in and say don't worry about it but it's in the powder room and just screams at us when we look at it so it's going to be replaced. It's not our problem - it's the builder's and they need to fix it. We have given in on the window sill in the family room which looks like it is cut too short but it is in fact the architrave that is not straight and as that is a huge job to fix we will leave it.
Stick to your guns!!
happy with the end result, and not regret l didn't stand my ground. The builder is
such a gentle person( very honest) hard to be forceful.Normally l am
strong and get what l pay for, will need to get ME back.Good on you for
making Builder fix your beautiful tiles
Just came for a look at yours, LOVE your plan.....would love to have an acre block!
Great to see progress for you guys after the false start with driveway and am loving your mood boards and inspiration...what program did you do your mood board in? I really need to build a few more houses just so I can decorate with all the different styles I like
Looking forward to watching your build come together
l think l used olioboard, there are other programs, some use powerpoint.
let's hope our builds run smoothly, what style do you think your
home will be,l am thinking modern/french provincial if l can pull
it altogether.
Love your plan, your verandahs are gorgeous.
Fight for your windows, you are paying huge amount of money for them. You really deserve to have it how you want it, you are definitely not being spoilt, requesting what you want. You go girl
Yes i'm going to fight,if they can't modify the windows so l can have
blinds recessed,then they will go.Update have 3/4 of a roof,hope tomorrow
will be a colourbond moment

Thanks for the heads up re the mood boards
