I have another question regarding drainage around the house. Did M do any drainage for the surrounding soil or you have to do it with landscaping ?
I wasn't able to get hebel power floors due to the total height restriction of 9m high. Regret not getting it as the house gets squeaky with the wooden subfloors.

I thought the same too. But apparently it happens with hebel flooring too. And it’s harder for plumbers and electricians to drill through. It becomes there nightmare

When they grouted the tiles it was the correct colour, during the course of the build they didn't protect it and plaster etc got suck to the grout and made it white. Normal cleaning could not get it out.

The wooden frame under the water feature it to hold it in place while it cures. It will be fully suspended when it's done.

Again you haven’t been? Not much happening here. M just changed our front door. We finally put the Samsung fingerprint door handle lock on there. Haven’t done anything to the garden yet. As we are trying to do inside first before we consider outside.
