Soil Removal Cost

I had a quote for two thousand and asked them to leave it as it was great topsoil - then I had a call from a neighbour to ask if they could take it - I said no but now there is only half left anyway - which will be great for landscaping.
I have probably 2 ton out of my back yard clean up in a trailer with a lot of rock in it. Does anyone know where to take it in Adelaide? Are there council dumps, or commercial depos?
