Handover 15/16th Dec

All other defects are relatively small, and cosmetic.

Very happy.

Hi Excited_much, Congratulation !
fantastic job !
Merry Christmas !
Congrats on having PCI, not too much longer now until you get those keys! Glad to hear you are happy with everything

House is looking great, love your kitchen, bathroom and flooring! All works very well together
Handover booked for this Wednesday
Congrats.
What a quick efficient build
Sooooo.. Slight mess up on the handover date, they booked it for tomorrow instead of today.... I have already booked time off work today and tomorrow and booked a moving van...

AND the gas isnt connected yet..... just drop that in last minute!!

So Im picking up the keys from their office this arvo, and still moving my stuff tomorrow, but there will be no hot water or stove

I rang Adco myself and they advised that authority for pulling up pavers was given to them 1.5hrs ago... and that it will be connected up to 5 working days from now. And then M3 need to arrange for the plumber to connect the hot water to gas?

FFS!!
Hey Excited_much!
I love what you have done so far!
Please can you let me know who the supplier is for your vinyl flooring?
Hi all,

Well I'm moved in, still waiting for gas to be connected.

A few issues I've also picked up since being in the house, nothing too major apart from the garage door has fallen off the frame
...

Still unpacking, will put up photos when I'm done.

Chrissie tree is up

Flooring is by carpet court in cannington - speak to Frank - by far the best person I have had to deal with through the entire build. Tell him I sent you.

Glad to hear you are in your new home!!
Hope all is going well in your new home
Yes slowly getting things done, will post some pics this week

Hi all, sorry it's been so long. 2016 has been full on and now I'm sick at home I thought I have the time to post haha.

Still sorting PCI defects outs, about half done. Major issues now are with the paving.

Everything looks great, hope our loving your new home

Fingers crossed the issues get sorted soon, must be frustrating...
