If you are still looking for a builder: Consider most projects will have some issues to be resolved. Ask Regent Homes for the contact details of 5 customers that you can talk with directly (face to face or mobile phone at a minimum) about how Regent Homes behaved in resolving such issues. This will provide some balance and a reality check to the comments on social media.
