You have posted limited photos but the brickwork looks OK at a glance
Also, it's not possible to check the mortar mix, brick ties, lintel, bonds and straps, etc to AS3700 by photos
If you are concerned have it inspected
The rough bricks will be rendered, the different bricks are used to provide min 3c bond depth to prevent cracking

I’m not a structural engineer but I’m free. you still need an engineer for the plans. I only have part of your plans, but you seem to have a 850mm drop from the side…
