Ensuite window on facade:is opaque glass mandatory?

Building in Keilor Park Victoria. My upstairs master bedroom is at the front of the house, as is the ensuite window. It will be double glazed. Is it a requirement that the glazing be frosted? The window is 750mm wide x 1800mm high
Not unless it comes under the overlooking rule, but being at the front, I doubt you are overlooking anyone's private space.
