frameless glass shower screen gaps

Can anyone advise me of the following.
1 The gap between the glass door and wall when using a glass to wall hinge (offset)
2 The gap between the door and fixed panel.
3 The gap between the fixed panel and wall when using wall brackets (not channel) and to be sealed with silicon, and the best type of silicon for this.
Thanks.

I guess it would depend on the brand of hardware that your installer users, and also how straight your walls are. For ours, the gap between that glass panel and wall is 1mm to 2mm, and the gap between the panel and the hinge side of the door is 5mm. Our door is not connected to the wall.

Shower screen exploded

Your shower screen has failed in the way it is designed to fail with tempered glass. You could replace it with laminated safety glass but make sure it has AS standards logo on it

Brass fly wire, you will need to cut it, shape it and jam it into brick slots
