Just looking to do a new toilet and washroom area in the front alcove of our house. we will remove the toilet from the main bathroom to make space for a freestanding bath and shower (at the moment its a shower over bath situation).
Any ideas of what installation of toilet and basin would cost.
Floorboards underneath, purple line is existing water and waste pipe location... bathroom is wall behind so should be easy to go under house.
Really depends on the full details of the room, I.e will it be waterproofed and tiled, and will the cavity sliding door and wall need to be factored into the costs?
If it's just the cost of getting the plumbing in a plumber and an offsider would rough in the drainage and water points in a day, and depending if the floors and walls are tiled then come back for a few hours for the fit off.
With most plumbers between $80-$90 an hour (Sydney) you might be up for around $1,600 - $1,800 including materials.

3 quotes, 1 was $500, 1 was $2750 and the one we went through was $1000..
WE went through the $1000 one. Did the digging myself and it was till $1000..
but lots and lots of work... so we are pretty happy with the job
