Marble Tiling Issues

Hi All,

This is my first bathroom Reno and tiler has just finished installing marble tiles…only problem is they don’t look right? There are holes in the grout, really rough mitres, chips etc. I know natural stone is delicate but I can’t help but wonder if it’s simply a bad tiling job?
