I did love to squeeze in a coconut tree.
Still small tree but so many coconuts on it.

Perhaps a small waterfall at the corner of backyard.
So beautiful and tropical! Do you think they all grow okay in syd/newcastle?
I nearly pass out when I saw orchids in this nursery. So many different variety of orchids, tillandsia, shades loving plants.

I don't know about coconut tree.
Cordylines, crotons, bromeliads and areca palms will do well.

Wants to create high impact wow factor - mass planting with one species of plant

Here two types of bromeliads .... one large bromeliad enhanced by brighter colours of mass planting of smaller bromeliads.

Beautiful sun set at Kona on big island.
Teehee a waterfall in the corner would be a great idea

Will have to sell this house and buy a large block of land in the country to have my wish.

Yeah shiny one side like a magnolia right but leaves are bigger...Hmm is that your answer? Shazza is 1 up lol

Ha hah One more for Shaza
.
It is rubber tree. ( Correct name is Ficus Elastica ) Yes it only looks good while the tree is young. Ok as indoor plant, BUT do not plant it outside.

ehhc stay away from it!! Do not plant it in your garden it will uproot your house foundation. That tree will grow extremely big. That kind of tree only belongs in deep forest or in very large botanical garden.
Those people will regret later.

What are my chances of getting approval from SS to start cleaning out garden area near back fence.
I needs to have green shades area protection for all my plants before planting out at permanent spot.
