Under Front door sill Gap? What to put there

Have had hand over and noticed there's nothing under my front door except abit of wood is something meant to go here like porch tiling or is it meant to be stone or something? Who would one employ to do this job? Whats it even called? lol

Cut a paver or external tile and install that
Go back to the builder, they shouldn't have done handover with it like that
