Losing a bedroom for internal laundry?

First post, hoping for opinions and advice.

Current home has master bedroom with en-suite and WIR, two 3mt x 3mt bedrooms, a smaller 2.8mt x 3mt bedroom, another 3.2mt x 3.3mt bedroom/studio seperate to the main house in the rear yard, small bathroom, seperate toilet, small home office and external laundry at rear of workshop which is at the rear of the double garage with no internal access (or weather proof route). So, technically 5 bed, 2 bath.

We would like to renovate part of our home and are considering the below scenarios:

Renovate existing bathroom and smallest bedroom to create a bigger bathroom & internal laundry (won't have direct yard access though)
Renovate existing bathroom only, taking a small amount of space from the dining room, retain smallest bedroom and external laundry.

Do you think it's crazy to lose a bedroom (very small) to gain an internal laundry?
Would you be put off buying a family home with an external laundry with no internal access?

Changing the home office or external studio are not options in this case.

Your thoughts appreciated.
