Is anyone doing the decking to the alfresco after handover? If so are you asking Metricon to lower that part of the slab so when decking goes on the floor level will be flush to the inside and by how much? Lol, I too had transparent issues with our fence. I had to space it out more and then they wanted it drawn on to the front layout of the draft drawing. It's good news that your house had no issues.

We have the same - class P. We have a fixed site cost so we dont need to pay anymore. Spoke to Metricon and our slab will still be a waffle, not sure if piers or pod tho. She said it was standard for the area.

So true. Let's hope its all good news! Could i ask what is PCI? Thanks in advance. PCI is supposed to be final walkthrough when everything is finished and you mark any issues for them to fix prior to handover. I agree with you and you are the one paying to build the house. If the grout was white then its fair enough.
