@yuzeee2 I suggest you ask True Value Homes for the contact details of some of their past customers you can speak with. If they cannot or won't provide these details then thank them politely and find a more transparent builder that will. Their anonymous 5 star reviews are highly questionable.

The floor slab needs to be perfectly flat for laminated floating floors otherwise they will bend and 'pop' when you walk on them. For tiles it's not so critical.
