Best to include it in your contract but depending on which way your trusses ru,n you could possibly do it later. HI everyone Can anyone shed some light on whether a recessed curtain track can be done after handover, or is it best to include in contract? Thanks.

Not yet but I will have a feature wall in the lounge with urban grey. Top floor of the house is clad in it. Can’t provide a price just for that wall, sorry. Bunnings now sell it so you can get a rough cost. We've been told to expect to pay approx $15k for a 2.7 x 6m wall. I had no idea Bunnings now...

We will be having two ovens and the microwave will be above the second oven both of which will be located in an oven tower located between the main kitchen and the butlers pantry. The microwave/oven configuration is similar to what we already have in our old house... we find the heights work well f...

Wow that was speedy reply, thanks! Based in Melbourne. We will have 4 walk ins and 1 standard robe. Dread to think how much it will all cost but I’d prefer to do it once well, instead of having to redo them in a couple of years Would love to hear if you had any luck with this and how comparable the...

Hi everyone, Curious to hear what everyone who has two ovens has done with their microwave. Where did you put it? I'm contemplating replacing one of the ovens with a smaller combination microwave oven. Would love to hear everyone's thoughts on this. Thanks

A fireplace is a big easy cost to get rid of, but just wondering what other's experiences have been. Have you regretted not including a fireplace, and if you have one, do you use it or is it purely for aesthetics?

Hi everyone, How many zones should I expect to have for a 43 square home? Would two zones be enough? Anything else I should be considering here? We have been quoted for a Brivis 3-phase Star Pro 5 series with one zone on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, I'm just conscious that the ...

Hi guys, We are thinking of going all electric in our new build. I'm very new to this, so could anyone give me a quick rundown of what this involves? Obviously we will change to induction cooktop. How does hot water and heating work though? Will it save on our build costs? Thank you!

I have installed one of these for a client in the past, I'm pretty sure it just plugged into a power point under the bench. I'm personally not a fan. I hate putting holes in benchtops. A nice stone benchtop all of a sudden has a round cap in it. I think it spoils the top. If you have cupboard doors...
