WOW what a rip off! They charged you $250 for connecting and then you had to get charged $299 by Telstra anyway? Thats awful.... Everyone has to pay the $299 regardless for a new home connection but this is almost like you have been slugged twice. Not fair. Adenbrook did not charge to get the phone ...

wow, how awful!!! Thats no way near the colours on the display home. I understand you told them to make it the same colours, but you should have a copy of your colour selection. Have a quick look at that....if you have signed for it as "green" (or whatever) technically it is your fault, but then how...

we have quite a large block at 1122m2, and this is what we have worked out roughly so far... .:. Turf - we can get it for $4.50 per sqm, laid. So maybe around $3000 .:. I think that sounds ok. I reckon that the inspector will find the job satisfactory....I think you getting it rendered is pretty slim, thats way too much money. What a bad situation!

Anyway, it's upto your builder to organise the render. That's the only party you should have to deal with. I don't think I would be satisfied with the suggestions. I know it's not the home builders fault, but you are paying him to build your house, not the brick company. The home builder should be ...

please tell me if i am being really picky or can you guys still see the color difference from the old brick to the new brick. I can see the line where the blending starts....but it definitely is an improvement.... What is your actual builder saying about this, never mind the brick company? Who are ...

Are we able to use our water from the rainwater tank at any time? Do water restrictions include rainwater? I can not find any info online about it, but I am sure you're allowed to use the water whenever you want. We are in thr Gold Coast council.

Thats exactly what our updates were like. I didn't really have a problem with them, as I went out to the house every few days so I could pretty much see what was happening, often before the updates....
