Hi Lex here is the link, the best thing about these lights are that they are shades on suspended poles so when I get sick of them I can just change the shade without having to call out and electrician. Your feature tile is gorgeous, I used Formica Deep Anthracite, on our bar unit, nice deep colour but not harsh as black. I agree with the above, but adding change the letterbox, and the side return gate you need to get rid of the arches and the mission brown at least they are giving it a dated look. Congrats on the new home. Cheers Lou

We have had ours updated on the 28th Feb and 24th March this year in the Springfield area in Qld, but the best shots were done when near maps got permission to fly over when the Brisbane floods were happening so you can see the ariel photos of the flooding in Brisbane and the surrounds. Cheers Lou

Also you have to keep in mind it is not the size of the house that is important it is how the space is used for example a good design an 300sqm can have more usable space than a home of 400 sqm that is badly designed. Cheers Lou

Beautiful light, If the size of the room & ceiling height will suit the light buy it if you love it. With a fitting like that you might need to put in extra battoning in the ceiling to attach the fitting too so it can be advantage to have buy it early. Cheers Lou

We built our first home with AVJ in 1999 in qld they were fantastic, we sold the house in 2008 and when a moisture issue came in the building inspection they came out and resealed the shower. Cheers Lou

We had to pull down a termite riddled fence in qld, we served the neighbour with Notice of intent with 3 quotes prior to the old fence being pulled down even thoough the nieghbour had verbally agreed. If you are happy to pay all the cost just put up the fence you want if she wants a say let her know...
