These are from a Brisbane gallery, that has a large selections of designs then gets them painted in china, you can also make colour changes is you wish. I think I will order the 1st on tonight its $185 which is not a too bad a price for a large painting. Fingers crossed. Cheers Lou

We are also half way through a build on a sloping block. As people have mentioned above, working with the slope will yield the best results. Not sure what state you are in, but $900k is a few hundred thousand more than what we are paying (we are in QLD). You can check out our build on the following...

We have built on a downward sloping block, our house looks like a single storey from the front and double from the back. The trick is you have to work with the block the less excavation you do the better as this is where the cost add up esp with retaining don't forget you will have to do them around...

That what we did with our island bench, great hiding spot for the treats, DS has his easter eggs in there hidden from Dad. We also brought the cupboard i...

We had a rental property that had a lot of down lights, we found the rooms too bright and a lot of heat came off them. We ended up getting some floor lamps to use instead of using the lights. Go to a lighting store and talk to them they will give you heaps of ideas and alternatives. Cheers Lou

Pool regulations in your state will effect what your are wanting to do, I would check them out before attaching anything to your fence, most of the regulations have been made tougher in the last 12months. Most state that a mimimun of a 1200 heigh fence with clearance on either side of the fence. Che...
