Ok ours went like this: May 11th - Site start May 22nd - Base Stage June 2nd - Framing June 26th - Lock up July 16th - Fixing Sept 15th - PCI Sept 23rd - Handover Hope it helps.

I never met milada, we did it all over the phone. I think ours was cheaper than $700 but that was 2 and a half years ago! Lucky you! Steve - I just looked up the floorplan. The Q1 is pretty much our house (the cooper) before we moved the front tv/lounge to the back of the house and moved the kitchen/meals/family up and flipped the front! therefore I am biased and love it!
