Yes seal it! We used Ardex FG8 too and had to have it cleaned and sealed not long ago

Berry Lane has had people living in it for a while, so it should have a delivery. If there is no postal delivery yet then they will just deliver your mail to the post office in Mernda and you pick it up there. When we first moved to Doreen they wouldn't deliver until we had more people in our estate...

The car accident at Woodland Waters roundabout happened last night. I saw cops and fire trucks and the car at about 8.30. Yep that one was Thursday night at about 830pm as was DP's mate, he went up there to get the stuff out of the car! Accidents happen unfortunately!

Ours is currently about 32% of our average take home wage, but my wage can go up depending how many weekends I work and his on how much overtime he does as well! When we have a good month it drops to about 28%. Once I finish my next degree (number 3 and the last one) it will drop to about 21%.
