If you want a semi or fully integrated dishwasher you will need a cabinetmaker to do up the front panel & kick plate. But most integrated dishwashers need a 600mm wide recess so you will have a 20mm gap each side, might be able to get away with it going fully integrated as you can have the panel...

We had our lock up invoice before ground floor rendering was complete, if you have a acrylic render finish it will be one of the last items done as builder will want to minimize damage risk to finish when other trades are on site.

Sorry Sethor you have no idea what your talking about. None of the cheap builders Drywall and if you asked them what's the cost to Drywall it would be thousands. So builders that Drywall, Summit offer it as an upgrade as well as BGC, JWH group & Dale Alcock all as an upgrade. Webb & Brown, ...

We are doing it, fridge recess in kitchen plans below is for a wine fridge. Can't give you feedback as house is still under construction. I think you will be fine if entrance to Scullery/Butlers Pantry/Larder is open & not closed off by a door. https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/77583_1539100384.jpg
