Hmmmmm, well that’s an issue then. It’s not there... Sparky will normally install on final fit off, should not be an issue unless you have a suspended first floor slab above your laundry.

If you both have altered natrual ground level along boundary its fair to pay 50/50. If it was only one side that changed natrual ground level they sould bare all retaining costs.

Its not a boundary wall , it's the side of their house. They are normally built 50mm~ in from boundary the line, so you will need permission. If you can't get permission just put a matching fence against the wall. If you owned house A would you like if house B painted the side of you house without p...

Can you move the microwave away from the oven stack? Possibly somewhere under the bench. With three appliances stacked, the top unit will be quite high putting users at risk of spilling hot liquids/food on themselves.

There is no simple example to say its beneficial or not, it really depends on your situation. I would recommend speaking to your accountant. Trusts can be beneficial for asset protection & tax minimization on developments but in most other cases will expose you to more taxes. Property's held in ...

You'll need 3 phase power if you have a large airconditioner, so yes for bigger homes. Also required for some Induction Cooktops.

I am leaning towards heatpump now... Just dont know if I should try to get the brand upgraded from Chromagen to something else... The Chromagen models seem to have good reviews online. But if you want to look at other models consider the Bosch Compress 3000 ...

Well they are not supplying the items, Just go through electrical plan & work out what is required. Make sure you specify correct wiring requirements for what your planning to put in, for example Clipsal Saturn/Saturn Zen switches & Iconic bluetooth mechs require a neutral wire.

I would not use the Selleys product, it may cause damage to your benchtop. Just buy a plastic removal tool like this https://www.bunnings.com.au/cornertape-standard-silicon-remover_p1660553 stay away from metal ones as it may scratch. Use this tool & a razor blade to remove silicone.
