Looking good! I am also building with Celebrations and my bricks arrived last Friday, two weeks after the slab went down. I am hoping they will start the brickwork this week.

Looking really good! I will be following along keenly. I hope your titles aren't too far away.

Exciting times! I went every day when my bricks started. With mine the bricks started exactly 4 weeks after the slab went down, which was about 2 weeks after they were delivered.

Having a hiccup at the moment because the bank wont accept the digital signatures Celebration Homes had us do the contract etc with. So printed them out and will get them signed manually and back asap but hopefully it hasn't delayed us much. That's interesting. Which bank are you with? I am through...

Congrats! You should have your slab in the next day or two. My house pretty much faces your street and i will be moved in in a few weeks so I will be sure to keep an eye on your progress.

There are quite a few things they deliver before they start the bricks. I believe they were; Bricks, Window Frames, Sliding Door Frames, Front Door Frame, Skip Bin, Toilet, Storage Shed, Mortar, and possibly some other little bits. I think once I had all of those on site they started.

Congrats on moving in! Those darn water meters. I ran over mine too. Ended up paying water corp a lot of money to sink it into the ground and put it in a metal box so I don't do it again. I still have a small leak on my side of the meter though. Really need to get a plumber out to fix it at some poi...

Yeah, it's not cheap either. I forget the price to move it, but to sink it in a box it was $660. The developer set all of that out. The capped pipes were already there before titles and you can see where they are on the estate plans.

Hi Guys! Been watching these forums for the last few months since I decided to build and it has been a fantastic resource! I thought that I should start a thread to track my progress, even though titles are still a few months out. I am building a house with Celebration Homes based off of their Elwoo...

More work done on the walls today! http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j53/oduen/20160312_174638_zpsaznfofjf.jpg The lighter brick at the bottom was done yesterday, so I assume it looks different like that because they washed that section (I hope). http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j53/oduen/20160312_...

Hiya, posting to follow along, we are at a very similar stage and we both have Ocean Foam Casesarstone! The holes are weep holes. They are a course or two up so they don't get covered by any paving. I guess you probably know already they are to allow water to escape the brick work cavity should any...

Just started following your thread. I like your design and colour selection... Wow brick work done is one week, that's very quick. At this rate you will have key handover in Jul/Aug.. Fantastic. We got pre-start booked with Celebration Homes in 2 weeks. So, going through selection process... seems ...

Thanks ! I am on the same boat. Not sure how many lights I required. We are getting 10 downlights as part of their promo. So, I am thinking of replacing bayonet on the other rooms with the downlight after the handover. You got the entertainers package promo they had? Lucky. When I signed up I was j...

Brickwork seems to have been completed today! A fair bit has happened over the last two weeks. All of the internal painting was done (ceilings, cornices, doors, door frames) as well as external (eaves, garage ceiling, alfresco). The render and front door were given a base coat and the final painting for those should happen this week. All of the...

How exciting! Your house seems to have gone up in the blink of an eye! It feels like forever at the time and then when you look back it's like "that was fast". Less than 3 weeks to go until PCI. Last week all of the electrical and plumbing tasks were completed and the pavers were delivere...

Here are a few more recent photos of the house. Main floor tiling was finished last week. Only outstanding items now are: Carpets, Paving, Garage Door, Final Render/Gable Painting, Cleaning. Looking good for PCI in 2 weeks! http://i77.photobucket.com/albums/j53/oduen/20160612_151956_zpsyrm4tx8s.jpg ...
