thanks @dotgif all helpful info! greenway will have 600 dwellings, and elara 2000, and marsden park is rezoned for 10,300 so hopefully we hear of new developers joining in.

Hey, Si I spoke to someone at elara, who said that after registration, you have 1 year to begin construction. How firm is this rule, and what are the consequences of nor doing so? Just not 100% if I'd be ready to build a year after. Maybe would need 2 years. Ed

I also was able to secure my preferred lot today. Very exciting. We had a list of 27 lots in order of preference, but got the first one! I noticed the big lots went first and we were after 300m2. I got a lot of info from this forum, so thanks guys!
