Hi.. thanks, I did not even though that laws about fences were in place... all neighbour hood disputes seem to start over fences LOL that is why I want to get it right. Our developer is having a Meet the neighbour bbq this week so I hope to meet my new neighbours... good point about signed agreement...

Dining Tables - help

We cannot find a dining table we like. Either the colour is too dark/light or they seem to scratch easily. We are looking for an 8 seater dining table and we have been to so many shops in the sydney area its not funny. Would you mind sharing your dining table experience and what you ended up buying....

The green heavy duty enjo mitt and water worked well for us and any areas that were extra difficult we used the marble paste... this was a few years ago in our last home.. will do again for our next one when finished.

We found our dining table... it took a bit of time but we purchased it from Bay Leather Republic, along with our lounges and bar stools. The chairs for the table cost more than the table itself... But in the end we found the style we wanted and we also have fallen in love with our lounge choices... ...

it was cheaper for us to get cabinets from Ikea... we are starting with our laundry fitout.. its pretty simple look, gloss white cabinets... they are in boxes ready for us to assemble when we get the keys for our house... its costing us $715 for our laundry fitout.

Well our first coat of paint has been done.. looks olive in the light but its a stone colour... http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7231/7161925895_4ca02be93e.jpg So might take the advise and just go a shade or two darker for the fireplace.. I like that idea, not too complicated...
