Hi all Its been while between posts, between kids, sport, work and landscaping no time at all.. Will have to back read a million pages. Wow - everyones house progress photos are looking amazing.... CWiseman very nice any date yet? Our Wall colour is Surfmist... Getting quotes for turf to be laid out the front, may end up doing it ourselves though as one section is just over 1000 sqm... but some places are offering supply and lay max...

Due to it being hard to warm our house even with the ducted we have installed a Wood Heater to work in conjunction with the Ducted. Its the Regency Alterra installed on a glass hearth. cwiseman, most trades don't give a damm unfortunately. I think it is worse on acreage as they think they have full run of the place. We too had these issues.
