Try some different Bamboos MichaelQ. Ours doesn't scratch like that.

Go look at the samples again and see if there is one that looks like your bench top. At least that way you can check if they have installed a different colour by mistake

We got one. I think it was the lowest package though. It has four sensors. The other ones had some animal thingy and you're meant to put a tag on your dogs collars to stop the alarm going off (or something like that) but our dogs don't wear collars.

Is the entry wall load bearing? I'd be tempted to get rid of the diagonal wall and add a new entry wall

Mine wasn't in the morning. Are you sure appliances are getting put in that day? Normally it takes a few days. You could always stay in the house over night anyway.

How big is the room? We got the top pack and all the rooms have enough lights so personally I would trust what they have put in

Argue it. Our added costs magically disappeared when I questioned the admin how it was possibly below 6 stars when we had added eaves and a pile of other things that increase the rating. Rather than answer the question she just said "don't worry about it" lol

If they can't find the survey pegs, yep you'll be charged for a resurvey. It might be worth going a finding them yourself now.
