I doubt they will allow you to change window in the strata owned house. Internal non structural walls and kitchen joinery/cabinetry should be okay, though. It's Torrens Title so no strata ;-)

Hey @aTisH Welcome to the forum and thanks for the photos Firstly you will need to do some quick checks 1. determine if the wall is structural, get a copy of the build plans and engineering, take some photos within the roof over the wall location 2.
