I went with 3m for ground floor and 2.7m for the first floor. I wish I can go even higher but can't due to estate regulations. :( I can't remember how much more it cost but the jump from 2.7m to 3m was pretty significant. Cost also depends on the size of your house. Personally I think if I could do...
Hi. Yea the upgrade cost from 2.7 to 3m is quite high roughly 20k...I would love to go 3m if budget allow😊

We are building a bar off our theatre room, mainly because it was leftover space that we wanted to make useful. Our joiner is custom making the bar area and matching media unit. They seems to have a lot of fans here, also king Homes ,I'm planning to visit hem this coming weekend but they both on the Higher side in pricing and they do have fixed price that they stack too all the way till completion Yes.. From what I read in this forum MJH don’t have many double story build so you have less review from people here, they are more one story build house company ,, see their thread on this forum it has so many pages, Hi.. Your could be finding that some of the two storys MJH are not made from steel. We built the Tulloch and expected steel frame, and ended up getting wood.
