Good reply by BACT, the banks will lend you up to 95% of the purchase price/contract price of the property and capitalise mortgage insurance up to 97%, therefore unless you have a large deposit there would not be enough in the lending margin to accomdate the purchase of the cars. I'd put my priority...

Hi, the fence on the property i sold had a capping on top and was sealed with silocon on all the joins to prevent moisture getting in, I'm sure there would be a builer who could suggest how to ensure it doesnt get wet, after all, i'm just a finance guy ;) Troy

Definately worth a shot, i'm an ex agent, thats exectly what we used to do to get business, i'd even go to the point of knocking on the door and asking if the location is right. The only way it definately wont work is if you dont do it!! Cheers, Troy

Hi Paula, just be careful trimming the agents comission too much, the old 'you get what you pay!' for comes to mind. As an ex agent i can see the other side, lets say your an agent and you have 20 properties on your books, all of them are listed at 3% commission except there are 2 listed at 1.5% com...
