Well done on your build! Did you have any variations on your contract that resulted in needing to pay extra beyond the HIA contract? Hiya! Thank you we are so pleased with it ☺️ No variations that we had to pay, luckily we were at the very start of the boom. We know a lot of other friends that were...

The bathroom looks excellent! With the first bathroom shown (double sink vanity and freestanding bath) - are the back wall (with the mirror) tiles different colour (darker?) to the adjacent wall or is it a trick of the light? Ignore me - just started from the beginning of thread. Ensuite with charc...
Hi Budapest, that's alright! Yes definitely different coloured tiles and it was 100% the best decision we made

PCI went extremely well, only a few very minor things picked up on. Due to get the keys Wednesday or Thursday next week!! Just a few pics of the bathrooms as I’m in complete awe, definitely my favourite spots in the house 😁 https://forum.homeone.com.au/u/96517_1616631773.jpeg https://forum.homeone.c...

Looks great! Happy days. I'd definitely pay someone to paint for you, nothing worse than seeing a beautiful new home that's not painted properly, you can't beat that crisp finish from professionals! Here's hoping you guys are Jedi painters 😎🎨 Haha! I totally know what you mean, were pretty anal wit...

Oh yes! Forgot about the painting, we will be doing the same after keys. Slab should be down this week, everything has progressed really quickly last few weeks. Can't wait 😁 Yeah just the cheaper way, would rather not spend 4-6K for someone to paint for me lol That's great news! Hopefully your buil...

On the home stretch now! Carpets in, blinds in; solar on, fly screens on, paving getting done. Only shortfall so far is the plumbers put the pipes too close to the surface so they have to all be dropped lower to enable paving to be completed. Hoping for PCI first week of April https://forum.homeone....
