Garage size questions
Building A New House

Hey guys, Have some questions about garage size. A normal double car garage seems to be about 5.5x5.5m. If I want to fit a wall of storage in the garage, plus potentially be able to store a small/mediumish boat in the garage, what size and even height would you think a garage size should be? Keen to...

Hey guys, I've been doodling a plan based on a number of plans I've seen for a 2 storey house. Please bear in mind the size estimates and dimensions are rough, it's more of a visual guide before taking it to a draftsperson. I also haven't included windows or doors yet, I've placed spaces where doors...

I like option 2 the most. With option 1, you could make the island into a square island as that will fit nicely in that space. It would be my second preference with a bigger square island.

Looks plenty big to me for a study, if you have your desk/joinery on one side of the wall and keep the other wall empty to walk comfortably behind the desk.

Hey guys, We really seem to like the floor plans and especially facade choices for these builders in Victoria - Thomas Archer and Boutique - however they don't cover Sydney it seems.
