Hi All, We have a WIR located at the rear of a wall which our bed head is up against. Both ends of the wardrobe are open, as in you can walk thru from one end to another. I'm just wondering for those of you that have the same design, how you may have designed the shelving/compartments in your wardro...

thanks joles... ;-) that is right, i only get very little sun thru the back windows to our living area.... i'm with you on that, too much sun makes it uncomfortable to relax and it would warm up your house quicker in summer also... I love the fact that our backyard gets sun all day long and not much...

12 external junction boxes Can i ask what is Junction Box? haha... that was my question when my husband requested it... its basically wiring for future light to be installed to an external wall... a bit like the internal batten holder but for external areas without the light globe. that's expensive i think... but i guess it's probably because you're getting the downlights installed by the builder and 39 of them... their expensive thru builders. As stonecutte1309 mentioned, it is cheper to get the builder to install the light battens where you want your downlights to go and ins...

Received my redi-shade blinds in the post yesterday, so exciting! Yeh i know excitement over temporary paper blinds...lol.. silly me, but let me tell you anything beats having cardboard on your windows! hehe They look amazing! Can't even tell their not the real thing! Love them and highly reccommend...

Due to the angle of repose (45 degrees for clay soils), any building within 7.093m of that pipe needs to be further reinforced with screw piles etc. In other words, if I build within 8.3m (7.093 + 1.16) of the rear boundary I need screw piles.
