If you don't already have a fan, install a bathroom exhaust fan, these are specifically designed to handle the load and provide sufficient air flow for what you need. Another option is to set up a dehumidifier with enough capacity to draw moisture from the air according to the size of your bathroom....

Kindred is a relatively good brand as I know of. I'd go for the stainless steel look, the gray shade that just goes well with anything if I were you.

I usually mix 2 tablespoons of baking soda and 1 quart hot water and use that to clean up pretty much anything fridge-related. Hope the solution works for you too, best of luck!

I don't have any personal experience with Asko, but I do with Bosch (dishwasher and some tools). I definitely recommend you go with Bosch, it's a respected brand for a good reason, their stuff generally lasts and they provide good warranties and services for their products.
